You will be required to upload;
- Proof of Immunisation eg. Immunisation History Statement from the Australian Immunisation Register (https://www.humanservices.gov.au/individuals/enablers/immunisation-historystatement#a1);
- Proof of age – Please provide a copy of the child’s birth certificate/extract or passport;
- A $25.00 (non-refundable) Enrolment Fee, payable to “Yarra Glen Pre School Association.”
2025 Enrolment Application Forms are now open and are due in by 31st July 2024. Late applications will take a lower priority in the allocation of places.

You will be contacted by the preschool by e-mail on or around the 15th August, 2024 as to the outcome of your enrolment application.
If successful, you will receive a web link to accept your child’s kindergarten place. A non-refundable deposit per child is payable at this time to the preschool to secure your child’s place. Failure to respond to this offer, or pay the deposit within the required time line, may result in the loss of placement for your child.
Parents/guardians who do not wish to accept the offer of a place in the program, or intend to withdraw their enrolment, are requested to notify Yarra Glen Pre School in writing as soon as possible.
Second-round offers will be made two weeks after first-round offers, with replies and deposits due within one week.
Note: Places will not be allocated to children until any substantial debt owed to the service is paid, or a payment plan is agreed to with the service (refer to Fees Policy).
Session allocation, including Activity Group, is undertaken following the Annual General Meeting in November and is dependent on parent participation in this important event. This information will be advised in your confirmation pack received prior to the Annual General Meeting.
